Municipal/Government:

LSSE currently holds retainer or general service contracts with 50 municipal entities including boroughs, townships, and water and sewer authorities.  Clients range from large developing communities to mature urban municipalities and small rural communities.  Clients are located in western and central Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio.

Site Development:

LSSE has successfully worked with nationally ranked commercial/big-box retail chains and private developers on various types of site developments including industrial, commercial and residential mixed-use sites and routinely provides planning and design services. 

Institutional clients include Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, Carnegie Mellon University and Duquesne University.

LSSE has designed sites in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, and under a contract with FedEx Ground provided site plans/studies for hub facilities located in 13 states across the U.S.
